this section is for my terms of service, any doubts or feedback you have about it you can always contact and ask me about, please keep it civil!if there has been an unpleasant interaction during your comission I always encourage you to reach out and discuss it with me to fix any issues
there are no refunds unless specific case may call for one!!the description of each piece gives an estimated time, this isnt definitive and sometimes pieces can take me much more, dont be upset if more time than the estimated has passed, especially if you have chosen any extras, like: more than one character, complex coloring, and complex backgroundsI will cancel your comission and in extreme cases blacklist you if:- You have any affiliation to AI or NFTs
- You are a minor comissioning suggestive/nsfw/fetish art
- You are dishonest when comissioning a fetish, even if its not explicit
- Comissioning me if you agree with things as homophobia transphobia racism and xenophobia
- Any other reason I may be uncomfortable with you or your requestI can revoke your request if I see fit, in this case I will usually:- Explain the motive for cancelling a comission to you to you (ex: if you break my dni or any of the terms of service)
- I can blacklist you from comissioning me if same terms apply
- I will return full payment if the comission is in its early phase and you already paid meBUT:Dont be intimidated by the tos, I rarely decline comissions and/or blacklist people, this is more of a warning of things that COULD happen, but I try to be welcoming and carry a nice professional relationship with my clients ^^
